Continuous Care

We understand that patients in their end-of-life journey require around-the-clock support. Thus, Love and Peace Hospice provides continuous care services to meet their needs. This level of care may be provided in the patient’s place of residence during short periods of crises when acute medical symptoms require more intensive care than routine home care. Such management requires care to be provided for a minimum of eight hours during a 24-hour period.
