We recognize that patients and their families face many challenges at the end-of-life stage. That’s why we offer social services to help patients and families cope with any practical, emotional, and financial issues that may arise during a patient’s end-of-life journey. Our compassionate social workers at Love and Peace Hospice are trained to provide help families access resources, make important decisions, and plan for the future.
